¡Hola! I'm a UX Researcher who thrives on turning user insights into impactful product improvements. My passion for research started when someone took a chance on me and hired me as a Design Research Intern. I loved it so much I stayed at the company and I’ve been there ever since, supporting different teams and building out research infrastructures with a colleague to support the work of our teams.
I believe in embedding research directly within the product development process, which is why I helped implement a hybrid model for research support that ensures our team has the bandwidth to deliver quality insights and enable quick decision making.
When I'm not digging into data or collaborating with product teams, you'll find me exploring the world (8 countries and counting), practicing Spanish, or reminiscing about my time running the Diverse Design Collective (DDC), a community for aspiring product development folks to join together as teams and work on volunteer projects.
